Elizabeth Whitney (Elisha), daughter of Elisha and Abigail (Dana) Whitney, was born Watertown, MA, was baptized 17 Mar 1771, Brookline, MA,[1] and died 16 Jan 1857, Newburyport, MA, aged 85 years, of palsy, widow, daughter of Elisha and Abigail Whitney.[2]

She married, 31 Mar 1825, Newburyport, MA, Zebedee Cook,[3] as his second wife, son of Charles and Sarah (-----) Cook. He was born 30 Apr 1760, Newburyport, MA,[4] and died 3 Sep 1845, Newburyport, MA, aged 85 years, of dysentery.[5] Marriage intentions had been published 15 Nov 1783, Newbury, MA, for him "of Newburyport" and Sarah Knight.[6] He had married firstly, 19 Dec 1783, Newburyport, MA, Sarah Knight.[7] She had died 30 Jul 1824, Newburyport, MA.[8]
