Charles9 Whitney (Norman8, Samuel7, Samuel6, Joseph5, Timothy4, John3, John2, John1), son of Norman8 and Mary Wilcox (Forsyth) Whitney, was born 16 Jan 1844, Keeseville, NY.
He married, 28 Feb 1866, Burlington, VT, Rhoda Phelps. She was born 7 Oct 1842.
