Charles H. Whitney (Orange, Jazaniah,James, James, Eleazer, Thomas, John), was born 3 8 1843, Newport , New Hampshire, and died 5 22 1888, Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

He married , , Helen A. Wiswell, daughter of Isaac and Mary (Gibson) Wiswell. She was born 8 18 1849, Fitchburg , Massachusetts, and died , .

Charles H. was born to what would be a large family. He worked for his father Orange at the Phenix hotel. He later moved to Fitchburg, Massachusetts and where shown on a sensus list he worked as a laborer. It seems that he passed at the early age of 45. I hope to talk to an elder member of the the family for more information.
