He married 12 02 1908, Fairview, Ransom, North Dakota, to Maude Ella Porter,[5]<[6]> daughter of REV Alonzo Wallace Porter and Elianor Caroline (Carrie) Fessey Porter.... Maude was born 20 OCT 1886 in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin, and died 28 MAY 1957 in Nampa, Canyon, Idaho....
They lived in North Dakota until the 1930's when they moved to Idaho for better farm land opportunities....
They had six children.<[7]>
