Erastus Leonard Whitney (Adrial L., Leonard, Lemuel), son of Adrial L. and Margaret (Cronin) Whitney, was born 26 May 1851, Union, ME,[1] and died 1923. Hew was buried in Blake Cemetery, North Warren, ME.

Intentions of marriage were published 4 Aug 1877, Union, ME, for him "of Union" and Clara P. Kellock "of Warren".[2] He "of Union" married, 13 Aug 1877, Waldoboro, ME, Clara P. Kellock "of Warren".[3]

Children of Erastus Leonard and Clara P. (Kellock) Whitney:

i. Edward Harris Whitney, b. 22 Jun 1878, ME.
ii. Stillman Allen Whitney, b. 10 Nov 1879, Warren, ME; m. 9 Nov 1901 in Waldoboro, ME, Emma B. Smith, the dau. of Larry and Lucy A. (Mink) Smith. She was b. 1879 in Thomaston, ME, d. 1939; she is buried in Blake Cemetery, Warren, Knox Co., ME. They apparently had no children.
iii. Luella Belle Whitney, b. 9 Apr 1883, Warren, ME.[4] She married first, 21 Dec 1907 in Union, ME, Leslie I. Feyler. He was b. in Thomaston, ME, the son of Eben O. and Lila (Young) Feyler. They were divorced. She married secondly, 27 Nov 1918 in Warren ME, William L. Stevens. He was born 26 Aug 1886 in Millbury, MA, the son of Frank and Cora (Norcross) Stevens.
iv. Warren L. Whitney, b. 28 Apr 1887, Warren, ME.[5] He apparently never married.
