Ezra7 Whitney (John6, James5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of John6 and Hannah (Holbrook) Whitney, was born 1781, and died 1863.

He "Jun." married firstly, 29 Oct 1807, Brookline, MA, Sarah "Sally" F. Slack "of Weston".[1]

He married secondly, Mary N. Allen.

He resided Boston MA, and Meddybemps, ME.

i. Ezra S.8 Whitney, born 15 Sep 1808; married Lydia A. Dutcher.
ii. Charles H. Whitney, born 1810; died 1812.
iii. Sarah E. Whitney, born 1814; died 1827.
iv. Mary M. Whitney, born 1817; died 1819.
v. John S. Whitney, born 4 Aug 1819; married Mary E. Gellusseora.
vi. Calvin E. Whitney, born 1821; died 1822.
vii. (child) Whitney, born 1827; died 1827.
viii. Mary M. Whitney, born Eastport, Maine, 22 Jul 1829; married at Sherborn, Massachusetts, 8 Jun 1852, William Clarke; resided Flint, Michigan. He is a druggist, and was born 10 Jun 1846. Ch.; Alpheus Whitney, First National Bank, Detroit, Michigan; Weld Noble, 1515 Brown St.; Annie Lavin, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Edith Mary, Flint, Michigan. Annie married F.A. Platt, 19 Jan 1883; P.O. address, 703 Harrison St., Flint, Michigan; A. W. married Jessie Wisner, Flint, May, 1878; W. N. married Nina Hazelton, Philadelphia, April, 1884.
ix. Oliver A. Whitney, born 24 Oct 1829; married Julia A. Condor.
x. Hannah H. Whitney, born 1831; married G. H. Hazelton; Res. 11 So. Delaware Ave., Atlantic City, New Jersey. He died s. p., 24 Dec 1893.
xi. James W. Whitney, born 1834.
