Charles⁸ Whitney (Silas⁷, Silas⁶, Samuel⁵, William⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Silas⁷and Hannah (Cushing) Whitney, was born 18 Jun 1815, Walpole, NH,^[1] and died after 1880.

Marriage intentions were published 21 Sep 1845, Ashburnham, MA, for him and Susan Davis "of Lexington".^[2] He married, 23 Oct 1845, Lancaster, MA, Susan Davis, of Lexington.^[3] She was born 22 Jan 1822, and died after 1880.

He resided Central Village, Ashburnham, MA.
