Solomon6 Whitney (Solomon5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Solomon5 and Martha (Fletcher) Whitney, was born 5 Dec 1735, Concord, MA, and baptized 14 Dec 1735, Weston, MA.[1]
He "Jr." married 14 Jan 1762, Lincoln, MA, Mary Fay,[2] daughter of Silas and Hannah (Billing) Fay. She was born 14 Feb 1740/1, Lincoln and/or Weston, MA, and died unknown.

i. Leonard7 Whitney, bapt. 7 Aug 1763, Lincoln, MA;[3] m. Cate Wheeler. ii. Silas Whitney, bapt. 13 Jul 1766, Lincoln, MA;[4] m.(1) Hopestill Sargent; m.(2) Sally Lovejoy. iii. Otis Whitney, b. about 1768, calculated from age at death; d. Jul 1853, Campton, NH, aged 85 years. iv. Levi Whitney, b. 1772 d. 5 May 1822 Ad 50 in Rumney, N.H.[5]; m. Susanna Sargent, possibly 1800[6].
