William Emerson⁸ Whitney (Solomon Blair⁷, Peter⁶, Aaron⁵, Jonas⁴, Moses³, Richard², John¹), born Houndstield, New York, 9 Nov 1821; married 9 Jun 1847, at Birmingham, Michigan, Hannah Lapham Pratt, of Macedon, New York, born 8 Sep 1824. He has been justice of the peace for over 20 years; resided Rockford, Michigan.
