and Tyler, Massachusetts troops. He received a pension for his service. He was born in
Massachusetts; died in Jefferson County, N. Y.

York regiment of militia. He was born in Canaan, Conn.; died in Wind Gap, Pa.

James Palmer (1753-1808) was a private under Colonels Van Ness and William B. Whiting, 1776,
Albany County, New York militia.
