Moses Whitney (Ebenezer, [perhaps] Samuel⁴, John³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Ebenezer and Huldah (Mooers) Whitney, was born circa 1772, Whitney, NB, and died after 1850, Hodgdon, ME.

He married, 9 Sep 1796, NB, Esther Sherwood. She was born about 1778, NY, and died after 1860, Hodgdon, ME.
