Family:Whitney, Ezekiel (1768-1830)
Ezekiel6 Whitney (Ezekiel5, John4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Ezekiel5 and Catherine (Draper) Whitney,[1] was born 13 Apr 1768, Watertown, MA,[2] and died Dec 1830.[3]
He, "Jun., of Watertown," married firstly, 12 Sep 1790, Boston, MA, Ruth Gilbert.[4] daughter of Solomon and Lydia (Lincoln) Gilbert.[5] She was born 3 Dec 1765, Sharon, MA;[6] and died about 1798.[7]
On 2 Jun 1793, Watertown, MA, Kathy, wife of Ezekiel Whitney, Jr., owned the covenant.[8] This seems to be an error for "Ruthy", not "Kathy"; or else for "Sr.", not "Jr."
Marriage intentions were published 26 Apr 1799, Watertown, MA, for him "Jr." and Catharine Anson "both of Watertown".[9] He, "Jr.," married secondly, 16 May 1799, Watertown, MA, Catharine Anson "both of Watertown",[10] parentage, birth, and death unknown.
He resided Roxbury and Watertown, MA.
