Aaron7 Whitney (Aaron6, Levi5, Daniel4, Jonathan3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Aaron6 and Phebe (Dunklee) Whitney, was born 15 Dec 1801, Amherst, NH, and died Jan 1866, Hartford, CT.

Marriage intentions were published, 6 Feb 1830, Biddeford, ME, for him "Mr." "of Saco" and "Miss" Rebecca S. Perkins "of Biddeford".[1] Marriage intentions were published, 6 Feb 1830, Saco, ME, for him "of Saco" and Rebecca S. Perkins "of Biddeford".[2] She was born Mar 1809, and died after 1850, and apparently before 1860.

He was a machinist. He resided Biddeford, ME, and Hartford, CT.

This was his daughter Sarah living with her brother Amos. Apparently the census taker reversed the meaning of the columns about literacy, marking those who could read and write, instead of those who couldn't.
