Isaac Williams was born in 1756 at Sandisfield, MA. He married Jane (--?--) circa 1794. He married Ellen McLain on 24 Jul 1834. He died on 17 Sep 1853 at Lenox, OH.

iv. Osmond Williams; b. 20 Apr 1790 at Becket, MA; m. Mary Sheldon 11 Oct 1812; d. 28 Apr 1865 at Vernon, OH, at age 75.

v. Mehitable Williams; b. circa 1792 at Becket, MA; m. Chauncy Bogue 20 Feb 1821 at Becket, MA.
