William⁷ Whitney (David⁶, Benjamin⁵, Joseph⁴, Joseph³, Jonathan², John¹), son of David⁶ and Susanna (Huntington) Whitney, was born 10 Feb 1800, Tunbridge, VT, and died between 1833 (when a child was born) and 1837 (when his widow remarried).

He married Eliza Hall, daughter of Nathaniel and Olive (Wallis) Hall. She was born 8 Sep 1806, Tunbridge, VT, and died 28 May 1888. She married secondly, 15 Oct 1837, her brother-in-law, Benjamin⁷ Whitney.

He resided Tunbridge, VT.
