He married firstly, 15 Mar 1877, Brandon, VT, Amy C. Morgan,^[3] daughter of James P. and Pauline (Felton) Morgan. She was born 25 Feb 1857, Hortonsville, Hubbardton, VT, and died 18 Jan 1900 at Salisbury, VT.^[4] She is buried in tne West Salisbury Vermont Cemetery.

He married secondly, 12 Mar 1902, Whiting, VT, Bertha Antoinette Baldwin,^[5] daughter of Edson and Antoinette (Seeley) Baldwin. She was born 18 Jun 1875, Whiting, VT, and died 22 Nov 1920, Salisbury, VT.^[6]
