David6 Whitney (Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Benjamin5 and Mary (Turner) Whitney;[1] born 11 Feb 1766, Pepperell, Massachusetts;[2] married at West Randolph, Vermont, 21 Nov 1793, Susanna Huntington, born 28 Jul 1766. He died Tunbridge, Vermont,13 August 1850; resided Tunbridge, Vermont, buried in Whitney Hill Cemetery, Tunbridge, Vermont.

i. Benjamin7 Whitney, born 18 Feb 1796; married Sibbel Parker and Mrs. Elizabeth Hall Whitney. ii. David Whitney, born 15 Dec 1795; married Lydia Parker. iii. Daniel Whitney, born 28 Oct 1809; married Julia Hall. iv. Ann Whitney, born -----; married at T., 15 Mar 1830, Arzo Burton Curtis; resided Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin; son, David W.; resided F. A. v. Betsey Whitney, born -----; married 7 Mar 1839, John Whitney, of Chelsea; a dau. married Comfort Barnes. vi. Cyrus Whitney, born 21 Dec 1802; married Betsey Curtis. vii. William Whitney, born 10 Feb 1800; married Elizabeth Hall.
