David Morse6 Whitney (George5, Jason4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1), son of George5 and Esther (Morse) Whitney;[1] was born 1 Nov 1806, Natick, MA;[2] died 2 Dec 1867, Natick, MA, aged 62 years 1 month 2 days, of enlargement of the liver.[3]
He married firstly, 3 Apr 1828, Natick, MA, Mary Ann Gilmore, "formerly of Wrentham",[4] daughter of Andrew and Hannah (Makepeace) Gilmore.[5] She was born 7 Oct 1805, Wrentham, MA;[6] died 7 Dec 1843, Natick, MA. aged 38 years, of pulmonary consumption.[7]
He married secondly, 23 Jan 1845, Natick, MA, Nancy Goodenow6 (Whitney) Wheeler,[8] daughter of Jason5, Jr. and Hannah (Goodenow) Whitney.[9] She was born 26 Nov 1810, Dedham, MA;[10] baptized 31 Oct 1819, Dover, MA;[11] died after 1880.[12] She had married firstly, 14 Jun 1832, Newton, MA, Quincy Wheeler (1809-1839).[13]
He was born and always resided in Natick, MA; was a well known citizen. For several years he was assessor of taxes. He was the best musician and most noted singing master in that section. In 1836 he began the manufacture of shoes, in which business he was engaged for many years. He resided Natick, MA.

David Whitney Parker, b. Feb 1853; d. 5 Jun 1855.
