"William Robinson married ca. 1665 Elizabeth, the daughter of Richard Cutter ofCambridge, Mass., as shown by the following deeds:
"William Robinson of Newton and Jonathan Robinson of Lexington, weaver, and Elizabeth Gregory their sister on 18 June 1726 released to John Cutter of Cambridge and Saumel Cutter of 'Charleston' (sons of William Cutter) their right in their Grandfather Cutter's estate; and on 2 Jan. 1726/7, Nathaniel and Mercy Whitney of Watertown to the same quitclaimed their right in Richard Cutter's estate, being the right of their mother, Elizabeth Robinson (alias Cutter) deceased, that land until then the estate of her father, Richard Cutter (Middlesex Co. LR 39:113-14, rec. 1736).
"On 30 July 1728, Samuel Robinson of Marlborough quitclaimed to John and Samuel Cutter all interest in his [great] grandfather Cutter's estate in right of his grandmother, Elizabeth Robinson (alias Cutter) deceased, being the eldest son and heir of his late father, Samuel Robinson deceased (Middlesex Co. LR 39:118-19, rec. 1738)."

"On 21 June 1728, David Robinson of Needham, Suffolk [now Norfolk] Co., produced a crucial land record. For £150, David sold to John Taylor of Newton a tract of land lying in Weston consisting of 41 acres bounded by land of Joseph Whitney, John Kimball and southerly by his own land. ... (Middlesex Co. LR 27:422.)"
