01 In his most humble wise showith to your noble grace your daily orator william wykes son & heire of william wykes deceased that where the said william 02 wykes the ffather in his lyf was seased in his demeane as of ffee of & in cc acres of pasture called Bytterleys hyde with thappertenances in pencomb in the 03 countie of hereford. And he so beyng therof seased of the same estate dyed therof seased after whiche doth att the premisses distended and of right in __e 04 lawe & consience ought to descende to which said orator as sonne & heire of the said william his ffather and so he is graces lord that dyverse evidences 05 ______ & munymente concernynge the premisses ben comen~ to the handes & possession of one Robert Whitney and ffor lack of whiche evidence es__pte 06 & munymentes your said orator is nowe putt to condy_________ & trouble by reason of certen pretensed claymes made to the premisses and 07 _________ ______ your said orator often tymes have _____ the said Robert Whitney to delyver hym the said evidence _____ & munymente yett 08 the same Robert that to doo a___ey hi__er_ hath refused & ___ refuseth agenst all right & good conscence & to the hynderance of your said orator and your said 09 Oratr in this case is w_____ remedy by causse of the comyn lawe ffe that that he knoweth the certayntie of the said evidence nowherin 10 they byn enclosed other in bagge box or chest in ______ consideracon wherof may he please your said grace to give the kynge honorable writt
