Benjamin⁷ Whitney (Eli⁶, Nathaniel⁵, Nathaniel⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Eli⁶ and Elizabeth (Fay) Whitney, was born 13 Sep 1768, and died 28 Dec 1842, Westborough, MA.

He married Sibbel Blake. She died 29 Sep 1827.

He resided Westborough, MA.

iv.	Eli Whitney, b. 10 Jul 1812; m. Fitchburg, MA. He d. there and his widow and daughter Louise, reside there now.
v.	Benjamin Foster Whitney, b. 30 Sep 1816; d. s. p.
