Frederick H. Whitney, parentage unknown, was born circa 1816, Boston, Suffolk Co., MA, and died after 1860.

He married, 29 Feb 1840, SC, Sarah C. Anthony, daughter of Captain J. C. Anthony.^[1] She was born circa 1815.
