Joel Whitney (Joel), son of Joel and Mary (-----) Whitney, was born 21 Feb 1777, Chesterfield, NH.[1]
That he had a wife is inferred from the 1810 census, and that they were married about 1800-1804 is suggested by the births of three children between 1800 and 1810. Nothing further is known of her.
