Stanton⁷ Whitney (Israel⁶, Elisha⁵, Daniel⁴, Benjamin³, John², John¹), son of Israel⁶ and Mary Hopkins (Flagg) Whitney, was born 21 Sep 1836,^[1] and died 12 Jun 1880.

He married, 1876, Alice R. Sutton.
