Family:Whitney, Ransford (1796-1856)

Ransford Whitney (Samuel), son of Samuel and Martha (-----) Whitney, was born about 6 Feb 1796, Norwalk, CT, and died 15 Sep 1856, Millbury, MA, aged 60 years 7 months 9 days, of heart disease.[1]

He married 7 Aug 1823, Framingham, MA, Eunice Parmenter,[2] daughter of Buckley and Eunice (-----) Parmenter. She was born about 24 Oct 1804, Framingham MA, and died 2 Feb 1864, Millbury, MA, aged 59 years 3 months 8 days, of inflammation of the bowels.[3]

Notes

His parents Samuel and Martha (-----) Whitney are named in his death record, but nothing has been found to identify such a couple having children in 1796 in Norwalk, CT.
