Edwin Henry⁷ Whitney (Rufus⁶, Tarball⁵, Solomon⁴, David³, Joshua², John¹), born Almond, New York, 21 Sep 1842; married 17 Mar 1861, Adelia Perry; born Aug. 23, 1824; died Mar. 1875. He was in the railroad business and killed in an accident. He died 6 Jun 1864; resided Almond, New York.

i.	Addie8 Whitney, born 2 Mar 1863; married 2 Feb 1882, Olney Benjamin; born Sept. 20, 1860. He is a farmer; res, Almond, New York Ch.: Ethel Mae, born 8 Jun 1884; Earl Whitney, born 16 Oct 1894.
