Dewey, of Chelsea, Vermont; resided Hawarden, Iowa.

i.	Belle M.8 Whitney, born 10 May 1852; died 15 Feb 1880.
ii.	Carrie S. Whitney, born 18 Apr 1863, James H. Sherman, of Ireton, Iowa.
