Andrew⁶ Whitney (Abraham⁵, John⁴, Joseph³, John², John¹), son of Abraham⁵ and Tabitha (Allen) Whitney, was born 30 Mar 1754, Weston, MA, and died 26 Oct 1818, Princeton, MA.^[1]

Marriage intentions were recorded 1 Oct 1787, Princeton, MA, for him and Lucy Miles "of Westminster".^[2] He married, 27 Nov 1787, Westminster, MA, Lucy Miles,^[3] daughter of Reuben and Anna (Rice) Miles. She was born 13 Mar 1766, Westminster, MA, and died 26 Jun 1842, Princeton, MA, aged 76 years.^[4]
