Solomon Adams (1758-1833) in 1777 served as private in Capt. James Varnum's company, Col. Michael Jackson's regiment. He was born in Chelmsford, Mass.; died in Vienna, Me.
Ebenezer Butterfield (1706-95) was a patriot during the Revolution. He was born in Chelmsford; died in Dunstable, Mass.
Samuel Butterfield (1738-1808) enlisted, 1777, as a private in the Revolution, from Farmington. He was born in Dunstable; died in Farmington, Mass.
Moses Chandler (1720-1800), who had served in the French and Indian wars, was a member of the Committee of Inspection and Safety, 1780. He was born in Westford, Mass.; died in East Wilton, Me.
John Lyon commanded a company at the Lexington Alarm. He was born in 1739, in Rehoboth, Mass.
Isaac Whitney (1720-1800) served, 1775, as private in Capt. John Elden's company from Buxton County, Me. He was born in York; died in Freeport, Me.
Andrew Dunning (1727-1808) was a member of the Committee of Correspondence of Harpswell. He was born in York; died in Harpswell, Me.
Abijah Hemenway (1755-1824) enlisted, 1777, as private in Capt. Joseph Winch's company, Col. Samuel Bullard's regiment, and in 1780 in Capt. Lawson Buckminster's company, Col. Abner Parry's regiment, on the Rhode Island Alarm. He was born and died in Framingham, Mass.
Nathan Smith (1741-80) served as corporal in Capt. Joseph Smith's company, Col. James Barrett's regiment, which marched on the Lexington Alarm, and as lieutenant, 1776, in Col. Ezekiel Hew's fourth Middlesex County regiment of Massachusetts militia. He was born in Watertown; died in Framingham, Mass.
[p.195] Samuel Dadmun in 1780 enlisted as private in Capt. Nathan Drury's 6th company, Col. Abner Parry's regiment. He was born in Framingham, where, in 1794, he died.
Elijah Dadmun served as private in Capt. Simon Edgell's company, which marched on the Lexington Alarm. He was baptized, 1755, in Framingham, Mass.
William Parmenter was a patriot during the Revolutionary War. He was born, 1719, in Sudbury, Mass.
Ephraim Richardson, Jr. (1745-1815), in 1777 served as private in Capt. Joseph Bradley Varnum's company, Col. Simeon Spaulding's regiment. He was born in Dracut, Mass.
Abraham Coburn (1729-97) in 1775 served as lieutenant in Capt. Stephen Russell's company, Col. Green's regiment. He was born and died in Dracut, Mass.

Joshua Graves (1725-77) served in the militia at Ticonderoga, 1777. He was born in Swansey, N. H.; died in Chesterfield.
Uriah Howe (1745-1813) served as a private in Capt. Davis Howlett's company, Col. Ashley's regiment of New Hampshire militia, to re-enforce the Continental army at Ticonderoga, 1777. He died in Jericho, Vt.
Dennis Locklin (1725-98), who had served in the early wars, was appointed on the committee of war, 1777, at the convention of Westminster. He was born in Bolton, Mass.; died in Putney, Vt.
Jonathan Locklin (1754-1841) served as fifer at the Lexington Alarm from Putney, Vt., where he married. He was born in Bolton, Mass.; died in Lyndon, Vt.

Samuel Allen (1751-1810) was a sergeant in Col. Thaddeus Crane's 4th regiment, New York militia, 1779-81. He died in Vermont.
Thomas Lowery (1734-83) was a private in Col. Crane's Westchester County, New York, regiment of militia, 1779-81. He was born in Ireland.
Oliver Wilder served as corporal in Col. William Williams' regiment of New York's militia, 1777. He died 1812 in Wilmington, Vt.

John Smock (1727-1808) commanded a company, 1777, in Col. Nathaniel Scudder's Monmouth County, New Jersey, militia. He was born and died in New Jersey.

He was appointed lieutenant-colonel, Continental army, 1775, and was colonel of New York Levies when killed, at Stone Arabia, Mohawk Valley.
