Amos Fairbanks (1737-1809) served as lieutenant at the Lexington Alarm, and subsequently as captain. He was a member of the Committee of Safety, 1780. He was born and died in Harvard.

[p.251] Abner Hubbard (1759-1820) enlisted, 1775, as a private in Capt. Warham Parks' company; 1776, in Captain Lebbins Ball's company, Col. William Shepherd's 4th Massachusetts Line, Continental troops. He was engaged in the battles of Trenton, Princeton, Monmouth, and Stillwater. In 1818 he was placed on the pension roll of Jefferson County, N. Y., where he died.
