Wood's 3rd Vermont regiment. He died in Shrewsbury, Vt.

1776-77 commanded a company in Col. Joseph Spencer's regiment. He was born and died in
Spencer, Mass.
Charles Button (1739-90) served, 1783, as a private in Capt. Benjamin Hickok's company,
Vermont militia. He was born in Westerly, R. I.; died in Clarendon, Vt.
