David Foote (1730-79) served in the defense of Fairfield, where he lost his life. He was born in Waterbury, Conn.

Ebenezer Norton (1715-85) retired from active service on account of ill health. He was a member of the Assembly for twenty years and served on important committees. He was engaged in manufacturing muskets. He was born in Durham; died in Goshen, Conn.
[p.4] Isaac Mallory (1731-86) served as corporal in Captain Bradley's company of matrosses raised for the defense of New Haven at the time of Tryon's invasion. He was born and died in East Haven, Conn.

Jacob Mallory (1766-1834) served as a substitute for Elnathan Street in the marine service. In 1780 served under Capt. Jedediah Andrews and, 1782, under Lieut. Samuel Bird. In 1832 he was allowed a pension. He was born and died in East Haven, Conn.
Joshua Larkins (1752-1834) served in the militia and acted as physician when the occasion required. He survived to greet Lafayette in 1824 when the Marquis visited this country. He was born in Canada; died in New Haven, Conn.

Miles Norton (1741-95) commanded a company of Connecticut militia during the Revolution. He was born and died in Goshen, Conn.
Randolph Clarkson (1759-1833) served, 1776, in Capt. Thomas Hadden's company, Colonel Froman's New Jersey regiment. He served in the battles of Long Island, White Plains, Trenton, Princeton and Monmouth. He was born in Woodbridge, N. J.

Daniel Hulett (1748-1838) served, 1776, in Capt. Stephen Crosby's company, Wadsworth's brigade, and was in the battle of White Plains. He was born in Killingly, Conn.; died in Pawlet, Vt.
David Lewis (1757-1845) served, 1776-71, as boatswain on the schooner ôSpy.ö He was born in Cheshire, Conn.; died in Wells, Vt.
James McElherron (1755-1835) was placed on the pension roll, 1818, for service, 1775-76, as sergeant in Capt. Stephen Badlam's company, Col. John Crane's regiment, Massachusetts Line. He died in Hebron, N. Y.
Ebenezer Gould (1755-1809) served as sergeant in Capt. Silas Child's company, Dorset regiment, Charlotte County, New York militia. He was born in Killingly, Conn.; died in Granville, N. Y.

Caleb Hotchkiss (1712-79) was killed when the British attacked New Haven. He was born in New Haven.

Peter Woodin (1760-1854) was lieutenant, 1779, in the 14th company, Col. John Ashley's regiment, Massachusetts militia. He was born in Mt. Washington, Mass.; died in Clayton, Mich.
James Paul (1725-1805) served, 1777-80, as a private in Capt. Zebedee Redding's company, Col. Gamaliel Bradford's regiment, Massachusetts Line. He was born in Dighton, Mass.; died in Wells, Vt.
Josiah Curtis (1721-1800) enlisted, 1778, in Capt. James Stoddard's company. He was born in Connecticut; died in Wethersfield, Conn.

Benjamin Walker (1742-75) commanded a company at the battle of Bunker Hill, where he was severely wounded, and died while a prisoner in Boston jail. He was born in Billerica, Mass.

Daniel Burt, Jr. (1740-1823), served as a private in Colonel Hathorn's regiment, 1779-81, Orange County, N. Y. He was born in Ridgefield, Conn.; died in Warwick, N. Y.
Ebenezer Fiske (1716-1804) was a member of the committee to procure men for the Continental Army for the town of Shelburn, Mass., where he died. He was born in Wrentham, Mass.
Simeon Fiske (1762-1838) enlisted, 1780, in the 15th Massachusetts regiment. He was born in Hardwick, Mass.; died in Goshen, N. Y.
Jonathan Whitcomb (1717-90) was selectman, 1777-82, for Littleton, Mass., where he was born and died.
Colvill Bradner served as a private, 1779, in Capt. Minthorn's company, Col. John Hathorn's regiment, Orange County, New York militia. He was born, 1719, in Cape May, N. J.; in 1779, his will was probated.
John Whitney (1749-1824) was a private in a company commanded by Lieutenant Dean, Colonel Stephen's regiment, Massachusetts troops. In 1818 he applied for a pension, which was allowed. He was born in Medway, Mass.; died in Pomfret, N. Y.
Nathaniel Richmond (1733-1813) was a private in Capt. Abner Hayward's company, 2nd Massachusetts regiment, under Colonels John Bailey and Ebenezer Sprout. He was born in Taunton, Mass.; died in Camillus, N. Y.
John Richmond (1712-1801) was a member of a committee from Taunton, Mass., where he was born. He died in Ashford, Conn.
[p.160] William Cary served as a private in Capt. Joseph Moses' company, Col. Samuel Bullard's regiment, which marched on the Lexington Alarm. He was born, 1723, in Plymouth; died in Natick, Mass.

He was wounded in the New York campaign; was commissioned colonel, 1777, and his corps was famed in many battles. He was breveted brigadier-general, 1783, and was an original member of the Cincinnati of Massachusetts. He was born in Milton, Mass.; died in Whiting, Me.
