Volume 71, pp. 333, 335. The name "Randolph Fox" is apparently an error. Larry Strope wrote:

The first permanent settler in Towanda, PA was named Rudolph Fox, not Randolf Fox. I point this out only because two of my ancestors were married to daughters of Mr. Fox as several others were married to the Van Valkenburgs also mentioned on that page.
