"In the name of god amen the xvth day of november, 1590

I anne whitney of the Parashe of Cusop in the com. & Dioces

of Heref. widowe, beinge sicke in bodye and whole

in mynde and of good & perfect remembrance Laude

and prayse be unto allmightie god, make & ordayne

this my presente testamente concevinge herein my

Laste will in manr. and forme followinge, that is to

saie firsted I comend my sowle unto allmightie

god my maker and Redemer and my bodye to be buried

in the Parish church of Cusop aforesaid / Itm I geve

and bequeth towardes the reparacon to the said church

xijd / Itm I geve & gequeth to myle thomas my

sonne ijo oxen, one Cowe, one mare, one yerelinge

bullocke, ijo heades of shepe, one Coverlet one

boulster ijo hurden sheets / Item I geve and bequeth

to Johan vz thomas my doughter ijo kyne ijo bullocks

one Colte of iijo yere olde, ijo Litle pannes, one

feather bed, one boulster, one Coveringe, iiijo

flaxen shete, vio hurden shetes one meal cloth

Itm I geve and bequeth to thomas willm. my sonne in law

one Cowe, one olde mare, iijo bushells of seede ots,
