D., Episcopal, to Charles Winter, a mechanical engineer and draughtsman, son of Isaac and Caroline (Price) Winter, natives of Prussia, who landed 1 May 1832, at New York City, where he was born 9 May 1832. They were living at 168 South Third Street, Brooklyn, E. D., in 1874, without children.
