Isaac married, 10 May 1722, Sherborn, MA, Martha Vose, daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Badcock) Vose. She was born 25 Aug 1698, Milton, MA. She married secondly, 26 Oct 1733, Holliston, MA, Benjamin Green "of Mendon."

He lived between 1722 and 1730 at Sherborn, MA.
