Thomas married, 23 Oct 1753, Lunenburg, MA, or 12 Nov 1753, Littleton, MA, Elizabeth Davis, daughter of Barnabas and Hannah (Powers) Davis. She was born 8 Dec 1738, Littleton, MA.
