Byron F.9 Whitney (Benjamin Franklin8, Benjamin7, James6, Benjamin5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), Benjamin Franklin8 and Charlotte Ann (Goodale) Whitney, was born 10 Dec 1840, VT, probably Addison, VT, and died 21 Dec 1924, Ansley, NE. He is buried in Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, NE.[1]

He married, 2 Feb 1862, Greene, PA, Mary J. Bishop, daughter of John and Amelia (Munger) Bishop. She was born 18 Oct 1841, Delhi, NY, and died 31 May 1881. She is buried in Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, NE.[2]
