Chauncey Whitney, parentage unknown, was born about 1795, Otsego County, NY, according to the censuses, and died after 1860 (and apparently before 1870).
He married, 13 Jan 1818, Third Presbyterian Church, Albany, NY,[1] Ann Clueth/Cluett/Clintt, parentage unknown. Her surname is probably a variant of "Clute", which was common in the area. She was born about 1797, Albany Co., NY, and died after 1870.
They lived in Albany, NY.
