He married, 5 Nov 1801, Medway, MA, Irene Morse,[2] daughter of Benoni and Miriam (Ware) Morse. She was born 11 Aug 1780, Walpole, MA, and died 6 May 1865, Medway, MA, aged 84 years.[3]
