Ephraim6 Whitney (David5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of David5 and Mehitable (Parker) Whitney, was baptized 29 May 1747, Natick, MA,[1] and died 26 Jun 1832, Natick, MA.[2]
He married, 11 Jun 1771, Natick, MA, Sarah Wood.[3] She died 24 May 1821, Natick, MA, aged 75 years.[4]
He was in the Revolutionary war; was a minute-man in Mann's company, of Colonel Ballard regiment at the Bunker Hill "alarm." Later he was in Capt. Morse's company, and still later in Capt. Gardner's company, of Colonel Brook's regiment at White Plains, and the campaign in New York. He resided Natick, MA.
