Ferdinand R.7 Whitney (Joseph6, Jonathan5, James4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Joseph6 and Sophia (Oliver) Whitney, was born 23 Aug 1819, and died 15 Oct 1895, Matteson, MI, aged 76 years 1 month 22 days, married, cabinet maker.
He married firstly, before 1860, Elizabeth Adams, daughter of ----- and Leah (-----) Adams. She was born about 1833, Canada West, and died circa 1880, Kalamazoo, MI, aged 46 years of phthisis pulmonalis.[1]
He married secondly, 1 Aug 1883, Bronson, MI, Elizabeth (Perry) Harris. She was born about 1816, VA. She married firstly, before 1836, Seneca Co., OH, Mark Antony Harris.
He resided Mattison, Branch County, MI.
He had eleven children.
