Franklin Patten8 Whitney (Robert Patten7, Joseph6, Joseph5, Abel4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Robert Patten7 and Ruth F. (Sprague) Whitney, was born 14 May 1847, Topsham, ME,[1] and died 1 Aug 1882, Topsham, ME.[2] He was buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Topsham.
He married, 10 Jun 1872, Topsham, ME, Kate Marin Bradley,[3] daughter of James and Isabella (Kent) Bradley. She was born 6 Jun 1846, Portland, ME, and died after 1880.
