He married, 30 Nov 1865, Logan Co., OH, Elizabeth Ann Duckworth, daughter of Christian Stephen and Elizabeth (Jenkins) Duckworth. She was born 4 Sep 1845, Concord Twp., Champaign Co., OH, and died 9 Feb 1914, Lima, OH. She was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, OH.[2] They were divorced 26 Oct 1897, Lima, OH.
He was a farmer. He served for fifteen months in the Union Army, during the war of 1861; and has since lived in Bloomfield, OH.
