Isaac Davis7 Whitney (Daniel6, David5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Daniel and Louisa (Stubs) Whitney, was born 2 Mar 1798, Hampden, ME, and died 26 May 1838, Newburgh, ME.
He married 9 Apr 1822, Hampden, ME, Melinda Harding, daughter of Job and Dorcas (Reed) Harding. She was born 2 May 1802, Hampden, ME, and died 16 Mar 1867, Hampden, ME.
Isaac and Melinda are both buried in the Chapman Cemetery, Penobscot Co., ME.
