Isaiah⁵ Whitney (Abraham⁴, Isaiah³, Thomas², John¹), son of Abraham⁴ and Sarah⁵ (Whitney) Whitney,^[1] was born about 1756, Harvard, MA,^[2] and died 15 Jan 1841, Harvard, MA, in his 86th year,^[3] or 18 Jan 1842, Harvard, MA, aged 85 years, of old age.^[4]

He married, 28 Feb 1776, Concord, MA, Mary Wheeler,^[5] daughter of Francis and Mary (Hayward) Wheeler.^[6] She was born 17 Mar 1756, Concord, MA,^[7] and died 5 Dec 1843, Harvard, MA, in her 88th year,^[8] or 7 Dec 1843, Harvard, MA, aged 88.^[9]

He was administrator of his brother John's estate and was a farmer.^[10]
