James Frothingham8 Whitney (Nathaniel Ruggles7, Nathaniel Ruggles6, Simon5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Nathaniel Ruggles7 and Sally (Stone) Whitney,[1] was born 2 Mar 1813, Watertown, MA,[2] baptized 18 Jul 1813, Watertown, MA,[3] and died 17 Dec 1886.[4]

He married, 1847, 2nd Baptist Church, Boston, MA, Mary Henderson Eskildson, daughter of George and Mary (Willson) Eskildson. She was born 13 Jan 1821, New York, NY, and died 21 Dec 1912.
