James Henry2 Whitney (Patrick D.1), son of Patrick D.1 and Mary A. (Gregory) Whitney), was born Nov 1854, VT, and died 5 Jun 1937, VT.[1]

He married, 4 Jan 1897, Bennington, VT, Sarah McDevitt, daughter of John and Rebecca (Philmery) McDevitt.[2] She was born Apr 1868, East Dorset, VT, and died 22 Jan 1952, Brattleboro Retreat for the Insane, Brattleboro, VT, aged 84 years, of chronic myocarditis.[3]

James Henry2 and Sarah (McDevitt) Whitney had no children.
