Jesse7 Whitney (Jesse6, David5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Jesse6 and Charity (Gray)(Nowell) Whitney, was born 11 Dec 1820, Saco, ME, and died 9 Sep 1890, aged 58 years 8 months 23 days. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Biddeford, ME.[1]

He "Mr." married, 24 Jul 1841, Biddeford, ME, Rebecca Chapman, "both of Biddeford",[2], daughter of Jacob and Susan (Ralf) Chapman. She was born about 1817, or Jan 1822, ME, and died 17 Oct 1898, Old Orchard Beach, ME.

v. Annette Whitney, b. ca. 1857, Biddeford, ME; m. 29 Dec 1897, Boston, MA, Frank G. Cressey, b. ca. 1868, Haverhill, MA, son of Benjamin G. and Sarah F. (-----) Cressey.[3]
