John Milton8 Whitney (Jonas Ward7, Abner6, Samuel5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Jonas Ward7 and Phebe (Rand) Whitney, was born 30 Mar 1819, Westminster, MA,[1] and died 23 May 1861, Westminster, MA, aged 42 years 1 month 23 days, of suicide by drowning.[2]
Marriage intentions were published 30 Mar 1845, Westminster, MA, for him "of Westminster" and Susan Winchester.[3]) He married, 4 May 1843, Ashburnham, MA, Susan Winchester,[4] daughter of Caleb and Lydia (Sanderson) Winchester. She was born 22 Apr 1821,[5] Brighton, MA, and died 2 Mar 1904, Ashburnham, MA, aged 83 years, of senility.[6]
John Milton8 and Susan (Winchester) Whitney had no children.
